Carrie Barnes believes San Francisco is a city worth fighting for. She’s a community leader and builder, and has dedicated the past seven years to improving our city. After earning a master’s degree in public policy from Berkeley, she rebooted the Noe Valley Democratic Club – growing it to one of the largest Dem clubs in the city – and ran several local and citywide campaigns, including Affordable Homes Now San Francisco (Prop D 2022). Carrie currently serves as an elected delegate to the California Democratic Party for Assembly District 17 (the eastside of San Francisco). She is passionate about building more housing, leveling the playing field for women, and ensuring that San Francisco is a safe and vibrant city. As a first-generation student and mom, Carrie has the grit and determination to get results for San Franciscans.
